About the Opportunity:
The AI/ML ENGINEER role is designed to develop and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive measurable business outcomes. This position plays a key role in prototyping and scaling emerging AI technologies to support enterprise transformation. The engineer collaborates with multiple teams to identify and deliver high-value AI applications, establish engineering best practices, and evaluate new technologies to position the program for future digital operations.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions, digital workers, and intelligent automation capabilities
- Prototype, validate, and scale emerging AI technologies including Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, orchestration, and analytics
- Collaborate with business, architecture, engineering, and operations teams to translate use cases into production-ready AI solutions
- Establish AI engineering best practices, governance standards, and responsible AI controls
- Evaluate disruptive technologies and lead innovation pilots to build strategic digital capabilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience including developing APIs, microservices, cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, and observability
- Minimum 5 years experience in agile and lean coding methodologies
- At least 3 years experience with Python-based AI solutions, including generative AI, agentic AI, LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval
- Minimum 2 years integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms, workflows, data platforms, and operational systems
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with MLOps tools for monitoring prediction accuracy, detecting feature drift, and assessing model performance
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Salary ranges from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on experience and other factors
- Comprehensive benefits package including incentive programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions, subject to eligibility
