Title: Fintech Account Executive
Time: Full-Time (West Coast hours)
Location: Remote (within 2-3 hours of SF)
Compensation: $100K - $125K (OTE: $200K - $250K) + Competitive equity

Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive with 3+ years of experience to join their growing US sales team and own the full sales cycle for mid-market deals in North America. In this role, you will sell an AI-native revenue automation platform directly to the office of the CFO, replacing legacy billing and revenue recognition systems. You will leverage pipeline sourced by a 20-member demand engine while self-sourcing a portion of your own deals, helping shape the North American sales playbook for a high-growth startup.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and close mid-market deals ($50K-$100K ACV) with a $700K-$850K annual quota, targeting CFOs, VPs of Finance, and Controllers.
• Run full product demos and discovery calls independently, partnering with solutions engineers for complex technical support.
• Self-source approximately one-third of your pipeline through outbound prospecting and attending finance-related events 2-3 times per month.
• Collaborate directly with founders and cross-functional teams including CS, Product, and Engineering to drive complex pilots to close.
• Help shape and refine the North American sales playbook as one of the earliest US-based Account Executives.
Qualifications
• 3-6 years of experience selling B2B SaaS as a full-cycle Account Executive with closing experience.
• Proven track record of closing deals with $50k+ ACV.
• Experience selling directly to finance personas such as CFOs, VPs of Finance, and Controllers, or selling financial products.
• Ability to run full product demos independently.
• Demonstrated success self-sourcing pipeline through outbound efforts and networking events.
• Willingness to travel to industry events 2-3 times per month.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter comfortable operating with ambiguity and taking high ownership in an early-stage environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM platforms.
• Open to visa transfers such as OPT or H1B transfers.
