For our client, we are seeking a Staff Applied Scientist, Personalization to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.
This role will shape machine learning-driven experiences that improve how users discover, engage with, and interact across the company's digital products. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to turn data and model performance into measurable improvements in user experience and operational efficiency. The position has a strong focus on personalization, intelligent automation, and search relevance in a fast-moving technology environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy machine learning and deep learning models to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
- Build intelligent AI agents for automated workflows and better decision-making
- Develop personalized recommendation systems for user-centric product experiences
- Optimize search and retrieval systems for improved user satisfaction and content discoverability
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with ML/AI models that drive business results
- Proven track record in building and deploying LLM-powered applications and agentic systems
- Technical degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
- Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams
- Strong drive and proactivity as a builder and executor
