For our client, we are seeking a Director, Cardiology Centers of Excellence Partnerships to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This leader will own strategic partnerships across cardiology centers of excellence, helping advance cardiovascular care delivery, research, and education. The role requires strong collaboration with clinical leaders, healthcare providers, and internal teams to translate clinical insights into scalable innovation and meaningful partnership outcomes. It is well suited for someone who can combine cardiovascular domain knowledge with strategic relationship building and cross-functional execution in a complex healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $176,000 – $264,000 annually

Responsibilities

- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with global cardiology centers of excellence

- Drive programs that improve cardiovascular care delivery, research, and education

- Analyze market trends to inform strategic direction in cardiology

- Understand healthcare providers' needs to enhance cardiovascular services

- Act as a trusted advisor to clinical leaders and internal managers

- Facilitate engagement across internal teams for partnership execution

- Lead initiatives translating clinical insights into scalable innovations

- Represent the organization at academic conferences and collaborative networks

Qualifications

- Advanced degree in medicine, biomedical sciences, engineering, or a related field; MD, MSc, or equivalent experience

- Minimum of 8 years in cardiovascular care, translational research, or strategic partnerships

- Proven ability to build high-trust relationships with clinical leaders and institutions

- Strong understanding of cardiovascular clinical workflows and technology trends

- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse audiences
