For our client, we are seeking a Full Stack Engineer, Observability to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.
This role will focus on building and evolving backend capabilities that support observability use cases within a modern technology platform. You will own features from initial design through production launch and ongoing iteration, with an emphasis on reliability, performance, and cost efficiency. The position also calls for close partnership with product managers, designers, and engineering peers to shape technical solutions that translate complex requirements into scalable systems.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $145,500 – $200,090 annually
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship backend features for the platform
- Own features from design through production and iteration
- Maintain high-throughput, reliable, and cost-efficient data systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers
- Participate in architectural discussions and technical design reviews
- Write well-tested, maintainable code that promotes best practices
- Mentor teammates and foster a high-trust engineering culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proficiency in Go or similar programming languages such as Java, Rust, or C++
- Experience designing APIs and distributed services
- Knowledge of LLM-powered features and AI-driven workflows
- Familiarity with data-intensive systems such as streaming pipelines or columnar stores
- Strong product instincts and the ability to translate requirements into solutions
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams
