We’re recruiting for an experienced Payroll Tax Manager - this is a senior, high-pressure role requiring someone who is exceptionally organised, accurate and comfortable managing complex payroll tax requirements across multiple countries.
Key requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ international / multi-country payroll tax experience
- Strong knowledge of cross-border payroll tax and compliance
- Experience working across multiple jurisdictions
- Union and CBA payroll exposure
- Strong payroll systems and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Previous leadership / team management experience
Important: This role requires genuine international payroll tax experience. Candidates whose experience is predominantly South African payroll/tax are unlikely to be suitable.
