Genesys Cloud CX System Architect

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Genesys Cloud CX System Architect to lead enterprise contact center architecture, solution design, cloud migration strategy, and complex integrations. The ideal candidate will drive technical architecture while working closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Design enterprise-scale Genesys Cloud architectures.
- Lead contact center modernization initiatives.
- Design SIP, BYOC, SBC and telephony architecture.
- Define integration architecture using REST APIs and middleware.
- Lead cloud migration strategy.
- Review solution design documents.
- Provide technical leadership to engineering teams.
- Guide production deployments and cutovers.
- Work closely with vendors and business teams.
- Mentor engineers and review technical designs.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of Contact Center experience

Pay: $80,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
