Job Summary:
We are looking for an AI Engineer / GenAI Backend Developer who can build production-ready AI applications by combining Python backend engineering, Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI/Flask, LangChain, LangGraph, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, MCP, and cloud-based architectures. They should be comfortable designing AI agents, building agentic workflows, integrating tools and APIs, and developing scalable backend services.
Key Areas -
- Agentic AI: AI agents, LangGraph workflows, tools, tool calling, state management, and multi-agent systems
- Generative AI: LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, context management, evaluation, and optimization
- RAG: Document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, and vector databases
- MCP: MCP servers, tools, resources, and agent integrations
- Backend: Python, FastAPI/Flask, REST APIs, microservices, OOP, and clean architecture
- Cloud: AWS services, serverless and server-based architectures
- Databases: PostgreSQL, DynamoDB/NoSQL, and vector databases
- Engineering: Docker, Git/GitHub, testing, debugging, observability, and CI/CD
- AI-Assisted Development: Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI coding tools
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for engineers who can build and debug real-world GenAI systems, not just understand AI terminology.
You should be able to move comfortably between backend engineering, LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, tools, MCP, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, ownership, and engineering judgment are essential. We also value developers who use AI coding assistants to improve productivity while still taking full ownership of the code, architecture, testing, security, and technical decisions.
Nice to Have:
Experience with LangSmith, LLM evaluation, guardrails, prompt optimization, production-grade AI agents/multi-agent systems, Pinecone, pgvector, Qdrant, Weaviate, Terraform, or AWS CDK would be a strong plus.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
