Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Room Nursery Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our nursery environment. Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and staff
- Lead, motivate, and supervise nursery staff to deliver high-quality childcare and early childhood education programs
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians regarding their children's progress and needs
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, licensing requirements, and organizational policies
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a professional and collaborative team atmosphere
- Coordinate with external agencies or health professionals as needed to support children's well-being
Experience
- Proven management experience in a childcare or nursery setting, demonstrating leadership skills and operational oversight
- Extensive experience working directly with children across various age groups in early childhood education or childcare environments
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in nursery management
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of engaging effectively with children, parents, staff, and external partners
- Valid driving license preferred for transporting children or supplies when necessary
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive attitude

Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
