About the Role
We are looking for a USRN Team Lead with strong clinical and leadership experience. The ideal candidate should have recent acute hospital experience, particularly in ER or OR, along with proven Team Lead experience in a Healthcare BPO environment.
Qualifications
- Active USRN license — NY preferred
- Active PHRN license
- At least 3 years of recent acute hospital experience
- Strong hospital experience, particularly ER/OR
- At least 2 years of Team Lead experience in Healthcare BPO
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas
- Amenable to a night shift schedule
Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php95,000.00 per month
