About the Role
We are looking for a PHRN Assistant Manager with a strong healthcare background and proven leadership experience in a BPO environment. The ideal candidate should have 5 years of Team Lead experience in Healthcare BPO.
Qualifications
- Active PHRN license
- 7 years of strong healthcare experience
- At least 5 years of Team Lead experience in Healthcare BPO
- Strong leadership and people management experience
- Willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas
- Amenable to a night shift schedule
Pay: Php75,000.00 - Php85,000.00 per month
