About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Manager with 3–5 years of Operations Manager experience in a BPO setup supporting a US Healthcare account. The ideal candidate should have experience using the EPIC platform, strong Excel skills, and a background in Healthcare RCM or Hospital Billing.
Qualifications
- At least 3–5 years of Operations Manager experience in a BPO setup
- Experience supporting a US Healthcare account
- Hands-on experience using the EPIC platform
- Healthcare RCM or Hospital Billing experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- College graduate
- Willing to report 100% onsite in Cebu
- Amenable to a night shift schedule
Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
