About the Role
We are looking for a PHRN Quality Analyst with at least 2 years of QA experience in a Healthcare BPO setup. The ideal candidate should have a strong healthcare background and experience in auditing, following call guidelines, and people management within a US Healthcare account.
Qualifications
- Active PHRN license
- At least 2 years of QA experience in a BPO Healthcare account
- Experience in quality auditing
- Experience with call guideline compliance
- Experience in people management
- Strong US Healthcare background
- Willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas
- Amenable to a night shift schedule
Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
