We’re looking for a proactive and creative Sales Assistant to join our team and help grow our retail and online business.

What you’ll do
- Support day-to-day sales and store operations.
- Manage social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Create simple marketing materials using Canva and AI tools.
- Follow up with customers and provide online store support.
- List products and manage orders on e-commerce platforms such as WordPress and Shopline.
- Track weekly marketing activities and report monthly store performance.
- Work closely with our team to keep operations running smoothly.
What we’re looking for
- Experience or interest in social media marketing.
- Comfortable using Canva and AI tools.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, responsible, and able to work as part of a team.
- E-commerce or online store experience is a plus.
