KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and advise on business projects in comprehensive market research, competitive landscape analysis, and business environment assessments across global markets.
- Provide strategic advisory services to clients on cross-border expansion, market entry planning, and business development opportunities through stakeholder consultations with institutional investors, government bodies, and industry associations.
- Produce high-quality bilingual or multilingual research reports, white papers, thought leadership content, and data visualizations for client stakeholders.
- Build and maintain networks of industry sources, institutional contacts, and regional market experts while serving as primary point of contact for assigned client engagements.
- Lead multi-market research projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and mentor junior consultants on complex consulting engagements (Senior/Principal levels).
- Provide advisory and consulting support to Hong Kong-based strategic partners and project clients, including on-site project guidance and implementation when required by business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree (Master's/MBA preferred for Senior/Principal levels) with relevant industry/ market exposure, preferably with consulting, research, strategic advisory, audit, or internal control review experience.
- Multilingual fluency in English plus at least one additional target market language at native or near-native proficiency with strong multi-cultural awareness.
- Direct operational experience working across multiple regional markets.
- Established professional networks with practitioners from diverse functions/ markets, government bodies, chambers of commerce, or senior industry executives.
- Proven track record conducting business advisory, market research, strategic analysis, audit-related review, internal control assessments, or consultancy projects for institutional clients or multinational corporations with strong analytical skills and ability to produce professional-grade research publications in multiple languages will be a big plus.
