Hunton Services, a division of the Hunton Group in Houston, TX, is seeking an experienced, business-minded Marketing Manager to lead the division's marketing strategy, priorities and team. This role serves as the primary marketing partner to Hunton Services leadership, translating business goals, sales priorities and market opportunities into focused marketing plans that support measurable growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the division's annual marketing strategy, plan and budget in partnership with Hunton Services leadership and the corporate Vice President of Marketing.

Serve as the primary marketing representative on the division's management team and build trusted relationships with division leaders.

Translate business objectives, sales priorities, customer needs and market opportunities into focused campaigns and measurable action plans for each line of business.

Own the intake and prioritization of division marketing requests, assigning work based on business value, strategic alignment and available resources.

Lead, coach and develop the division’s marketing team, adjusting responsibilities and workflows as business needs evolve.

Manage the marketing calendar and Planner, including project objectives, scope, assignments, timelines, approvals and resource planning.

Lead strategy and contribute hands on to the execution of digital marketing, advertising, lead generation, events, email marketing, internal/external communications, collateral, photography, video and promotional programs.

Partner with corporate marketing on aligning with brand standards, advertising, companywide initiatives and subject-matter-expert content.

Consolidate and present monthly marketing results, insights, priorities and recommendations to division leadership and corporate marketing.
Business Performance and Measurements

Evaluate marketing investments based on their contribution to business growth, not solely on activity volume, reach or engagement.

Track supporting indicators such as campaign performance, lead generation, conversion, event results, email engagement and digital performance, connecting those measures to broader commercial outcomes whenever possible.

Use performance data, sales insight and market feedback to recommend where the division should increase, modify or reduce marketing investment.

Communicate marketing performance and business impact clearly to division and corporate leadership.
Qualifications
Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.

Eight or more years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in a B2B, HVAC, construction, manufacturing or technical-services environment.

Three or more years of marketing-management experience, including direct supervision, coaching and employee development.

Demonstrated experience developing marketing strategies tied to sales objectives, lead generation and business growth.

Strong project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, deadlines, budgets, and lines of businesses.

Experience developing and managing marketing budgets and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing investments.

Working knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, SEO, content development, email marketing, communications, events and brand management.

Strong relationship-building, communication and presentation skills.

A positive, approachable leadership style and the ability to communicate with kindness and diplomacy, receive direct feedback with maturity, remain resilient and composed through competing priorities and challenging situations.

Working familiarity with AI-enabled tools and development platforms, such as Lovable and Replit, and an openness to using AI beyond basic prompt writing. The ideal candidate can identify practical opportunities to use AI for workflow improvement, automation, research, analysis, and possibly content development.
