Test Automation Engineer
Location: Remote – Mexico
Monthly Salary: MXN $75,000 gross

We are looking for experienced Test Automation Engineers to design, develop, and maintain scalable automation solutions for web applications, APIs, and AI-enabled platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks and utilities.
- Develop automated tests using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Puppeteer, or similar tools.
- Perform REST API testing using Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, or automated API validation tools.
- Create and execute contract, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and clearly document defects.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and product teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Support the validation of AI-enabled solutions, including AI agents and agentic workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with at least one automation tool: Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or Puppeteer.
- Hands-on experience testing REST APIs.
- Programming or scripting experience with C#, .NET, or Python.
- Ability to build maintainable and reusable automation frameworks.
- Experience with automated API validation, contract testing, or integration testing.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Understanding of Agile software development and testing practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience evaluating the quality, accuracy, reliability, or behavior of AI solutions.
- Knowledge of AI agents or agentic workflow validation.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
