Senior Test Analyst / Tester
Location: Onsite – Monterrey or Saltillo
Monthly Salary: MXN $75,000 gross

We are seeking experienced Test Analysts to plan, design, execute, and report testing activities for enterprise applications. Candidates must be available to work onsite in Monterrey or Saltillo.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and system requirements to define effective testing coverage.
- Design test cases, test scenarios, test procedures, and test data.
- Create, debug, and troubleshoot manual or automated test scripts.
- Plan and coordinate test execution activities.
- Analyze testing results and prepare clear status and defect reports.
- Manage defects through resolution and retesting.
- Support Test Data Management and test-environment coordination.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, functional consultants, and project teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and practices.
- Use Generative AI and Copilot-based solutions to improve testing productivity when applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Five to ten years of software-testing experience.
- Strong experience designing and executing test cases and test procedures.
- Experience with test planning, analysis, defect management, and reporting.
- Ability to create, debug, and troubleshoot test scripts.
- Exposure to Test Data Management and test-environment management.
- Excellent communication and comprehension skills.
- Availability to work onsite in Monterrey or Saltillo.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing SAP ECC and e-commerce applications.
- Experience with Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, or AI-enabled testing platforms.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI testing concepts or tools.
