Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI / Python Developer with 7–8 years of software/AI engineering experience and strong hands-on expertise in Python, LLMs, Agentic AI, AWS, LangChain/LangGraph, and RAG.
You will be responsible for designing and developing intelligent, multi-agent AI workflows and production-ready AI services on AWS. The role will also involve leading the offshore AI development team, establishing engineering standards, and mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Agentic AI workflows involving planning, reasoning, tool use, memory, and orchestration.
Build LLM-powered applications and multi-agent systems using Python.
Develop LLM pipelines using LangChain and LangGraph.
Work with AWS Bedrock and AgentCore to build and deploy AI agents.
Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using embeddings and vector databases.
Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, applications, data sources, and knowledge bases.
Optimise prompts, memory, orchestration, and inference performance.
Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and harden AI services in AWS production environments.
Follow best practices for scalable, secure, and reliable AI application development.
Lead the offshore AI sub-team by setting technical standards and development practices.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers and support technical problem-solving.
Required Skills & Experience
7–8 years of software development / AI engineering experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Python development.
Practical experience building Agentic AI / AI Agent applications.
Strong knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph.
Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration.
Experience with AWS Bedrock / AgentCore or similar AWS AI services.
Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and LLM applications.
Experience deploying and managing AI services in production environments.
Experience integrating AI applications with APIs, enterprise systems, and data sources.
Good understanding of prompt engineering, LLM workflows, and AI application architecture.
Nice to Have
Experience in the insurance or underwriting domain.
AWS certification.
Experience with MLOps / LLMOps.
Experience with AI service monitoring, observability, security, and performance optimisation.
