Senior Power Apps / Power Automate Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Power Apps / Power Automate Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Dataverse, and SharePoint Online, with experience delivering scalable, secure, and integrated business solutions. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Build and customize Power Apps Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps based on business requirements.
- Develop, automate, and optimize business workflows using Power Automate Cloud Flows.
- Design and implement scalable data models using Microsoft Dataverse.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, Azure Services, and third-party applications.
- Configure and manage security roles, governance, and environment management within the Power Platform.
- Perform application troubleshooting, performance tuning, bug fixing, and production support.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, deployment, and release management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and cross-functional technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6–8 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps)
- Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
- Microsoft Dataverse
- SharePoint Online
- Good understanding of Power Platform administration, governance, and environment management.
- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and external applications.
- Knowledge of application troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
- Experience participating in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for Power Platform.
- Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with solution packaging and deployment strategies.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications are an added advantage.
