Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex data integration and enterprise data management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing multiple Informatica implementation projects, driving delivery governance, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project execution. Experience in cloud data integration and enterprise data management environments is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple Informatica implementation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and control projects in alignment with organizational objectives and project management best practices.
- Drive delivery governance, identify project risks, and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising data architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders through regular status updates and governance meetings.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, data governance policies, and implementation best practices.
- Support cloud data integration and enterprise data management initiatives.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Track project progress, dependencies, and resource utilization to achieve delivery excellence.
Skills Requirements & Experience
- 10–15 years of experience in Technical Project Management, with a strong focus on data integration and enterprise data management.
- Proven experience managing multiple Informatica implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, delivery governance, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with cloud data integration or enterprise data management projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Good-to-Have Skills
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Understanding of data governance, compliance frameworks, and enterprise data strategies.
- Exposure to modern data integration and cloud-based data management solutions.
