Ever walked past a packed pop-up event in London and thought about what actually makes people stop, take notice, and get involved? The secret isn’t flashy signs; it’s having the right people on the ground who can make a brand feel welcoming and genuine. If you have a knack for starting great conversations and want to see how live event marketing drives real commercial success, our London team wants to meet you.
We are expanding our capital event operations and bringing on an entry-level Events Assistant to support interactive promotional spaces, public outreach, and brand showcases.
Inside the Event Role
This post places you on the front line of field marketing and live brand activations. Working across London’s busiest venue spaces, you will represent diverse client accounts. You will welcome event visitors, talk through service highlights, present active promotions, and guide interested consumers through on-the-spot registrations.
A Typical Day at the Events
Your morning starts with reviewing venue schedules, client briefs, and engagement targets with campaign leads. You will help assemble promotional displays, branded signage, and event materials before footfall builds up.
Throughout the day, you will interact directly with venue visitors, answer questions, and introduce client services in a professional manner. You will assist interested guests with registration procedures and log interaction numbers accurately.
At the end of the shift, you will join the team recap to analyse customer feedback and discuss what resonated best on the floor.
