A brand new opening looking to start with a bang after the quick succes of our takeaway, Dough Brighouse. We’re on the look out for a hungry, talented individual to get this up and running.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Building your own team. We think its important for you to have your own impact.
- Creating a relaxed enjoyable atmosphere
- Staff training
- Managing stock levels and assisting with inventory and ordering.
- Contributing ideas, one team one dream
- Working closely with the head chef to build a strong leadership group.
- Managing reservations, seating flow, and service timing.
- Handling guest feedback and resolving complaints professionally.
- Creating staff rotas and shift schedules to control labor costs.
- Resolving conflicts and coaching employees for better performance.
- Managing budgets, tracking expenses, and reducing waste.
- Monitoring inventory levels, ordering food and supplies, and dealing with vendors.Analyzing sales reports and finding ways to increase profiits
- Maintaining facility safety for both workers and patrons

Operational times are favorable with 3 evenings and 2 all day shifts, closed monday and Tuesdays.
