DOUGH COUNTER PIZZA is hiring Experienced Full Time AND Part Time LINE COOKS / PIZZA MAKERS.
Full time - approx 38 hrs per week. Weekend Availability required.
Part time - approx 25 hours per week. Some Weekend Availability required.

Must have previous cooking and prep experience in a high volume restaurant. Familiarity with Dough Preparation is a big plus, but not required. MUST have knife skills and be able to read a recipe book either in English or Spanish.
What we’re looking for:
Ideal: We are looking for friendly, dynamic, motivated people, who GIVE A SH*T. 1 - 2+ Years Kitchen experience is preferred, pizza experience is a plus. Must be familiar with Salad & Fry stations, general food preparation & recipe reading, and have a valid food handlers card.
Need: Knife skills, familiarity with basic kitchen equipment (Robocoupe, slicers, salad spinners, etc,), Ability to stand while working for 8 hours, ability to lift +40 pounds.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Line Cooks are responsible for the execution of prepared food for the customer. Line Cooks must learn the proper preparation, portioning and presentation of each dish on the menu for take out and dine in. Cooks must learn our kitchen systems, read tickets accurately, and perform their job with proper health and sanitation always.
Cooks will be trained on our methods of pizza making and are expected to make each pizza to recipe and portion standards. Cooks will be trained on our methods of chicken, fry and salad making and are expected to make each of these items to recipe and portion standards. Cooks must be able to identify and communicate with FOH regarding allergens, clean & sanitize between orders as necessary, and maintain an overall clean and efficient kitchen environment.
Clean, prep & stock the make lines as necessary for proper opening and closing. Execute proper opening and/or closing procedures for each shift as necessary. Set your team up for success! Cooks may be required to assist in prep or dish tasks as needed to ensure a smooth and effective shift.

- Hourly $19.29 + Tip Pool = Highest Wages for this position.
- After Training: Minimum $21/hr - up to $26/hr++
