Join a team with ex-Google Deepmind engineers and build the AI that builds brands: the agent harness, the manufacturing systems, and the product surface millions of future founders will use.
What you'll do
- Own features end to end. From a sentence in someone's head to a product on a shelf. You ship every day, across our TypeScript, Next.js, and Supabase stack, and what you ship is somebody's business.
- Build the agent harness. Design the system 50+ agents think inside: how they use tools, what they remember, which model answers, and how we know a change made them smarter rather than quietly worse. It is the closest thing we have to a moat.
- Turn atoms into software. Manufacturing is the hard half, and almost nobody has modeled it well. Suppliers, materials, packaging, cost, lead times. You will encode a messy physical industry into systems that hold, which is the part a competitor cannot copy just by shipping faster.
- Make the magic dependable. A generated brand is somebody's livelihood, so it has to be right every time rather than most of the time. You will build the pipelines and safeguards that make creative output something a founder can bet a business on.
- Build for the scale we are heading to. Design for the millionth brand, not the thousandth. The decisions you make this year determine whether we can serve everyone who shows up in the next one.
- Shape the product. You'll work directly with the founders, argue about what to build, and then build it. Your instincts about what a founder needs will move the roadmap.
You might be a fit if you
- 3+ years shipping production web apps, or work that proves you don't need them
- Hands-on with 4+ of our stack, or close equivalents: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Stripe, and the Gemini and OpenAI APIs
- Completely AI-pilled: agents write most of your code, you run several in parallel, and you have opinions about harnesses, context, and evals because you have hit their limits yourself
- Product taste: you notice when something feels cheap and you fix itComfortable with ambiguity and would rather figure it out than wait to be told
What you get:
Meaningful equity
- Founding-team ownership at a well-funded company, granted before the story is written.
Team summits in remote places
- A few times a year we fly the whole team somewhere far from a city to build together for a week.
High work, high reward
- We work hard and pay for it in money and scope. Nobody here is coasting, and nobody here is overlooked.
An international team
- Colleagues across continents and time zones, synced on US Eastern hours.
