Responsibilities :
- Monitor fleet vehicles in real time using GPS and tracking systems
- Track routes, stops and drivers behavior, report violations and deviations
- Communicate with drivers regarding route compliance and operations
- Escalate accidents, breakdowns and emergency situations promptly
- Ensure compliance with company policies, road traffic and safety standards
- Compile fleet tracking reports and maintain accurate records
Requirements :
- Matric (Grade 12) with 2-3 years experience in fleet tracking or transport/logistics
- Proven experience using telematics and GPS tracking systems
- Computer literate (MS Excel, email, reporting systems)
- Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of road traffic legislation, transport compliance and flexible to work shifts/overtime
- Willing to work shift from 14:00 - 22:00
