Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Experience handling multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Must have core competencies in employee engagement and retention programs.
- Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and government statutory requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HRIS or ERP systems is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of HR metrics and process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
