- Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Supervise and coordinate FOH and BOH teams during shifts.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
- Monitor food quality, service standards, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Conduct regular briefing and debriefing of staff.
- Manage staff allocation, shift schedules, attendance, and discipline.
- Ensure SOPs, safety, hygiene, and company policies are followed.
- Monitor inventory, wastage, and operational expenses.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for smooth order flow and timely service.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and controlling operational costs.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
- Support training, grooming, and performance development of team members.
- Handle opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
- Prepare and maintain daily operational reports as required.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in audits, stock checks, and compliance requirements.
- Take charge of the outlet in the Restaurant Manager's absence.
- Ensure a positive working environment and maintain team morale.
Pay: ₹45,568.56 - ₹50,269.21 per month
