Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, cold beverages, and mocktails as per standard recipes.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other bar equipment.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation.
- Take guest orders and provide friendly and efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and work area.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Check and maintain adequate stock of coffee, beverages, ingredients, and supplies.
- Minimize wastage and maintain proper portion control.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
- Handle guest requests and resolve basic service-related concerns professionally.
- Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and safety procedures.
- Support the team during busy periods and maintain timely service.
Pay: ₹21,914.57 - ₹26,593.68 per month
