## About the Role
Mathematica, Inc. is seeking a **Senior Business Intelligence Analyst** to design and deliver scalable business intelligence solutions using **Power BI and Tableau**, with a focus on data engineering and cloud technologies.
This remote-eligible role works with the **Data Solutions team** to translate complex business needs into production-ready analytics. The position includes leading data modeling and ETL/ELT pipelines, collaborating with clients, and mentoring teammates.
## Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver scalable business intelligence solutions using **Power BI and Tableau**.
* Translate complex business requirements into production-ready analytics solutions.
* Lead data modeling activities to support scalable and reliable BI solutions.
* Lead the development and management of **ETL/ELT data pipelines**.
* Apply data engineering practices to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
* Work with cloud-based data solutions and technologies.
* Partner with the Data Solutions team to deliver analytics aligned with business requirements.
* Collaborate directly with clients to understand needs and develop appropriate BI solutions.
* Mentor teammates and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
