Metric are currently partnered with a large and continually growing manufacturer within Denver who are looking for a strong Automation Engineer to join their growing engineering and manufacturing leadership at the Site.
This role will largely include the below responsibilities:
- Automation & Controls: Design, develop, maintain and optimise automated manufacturing systems, including PLCs, HMIs, robotics and control systems.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide hands-on technical support to production, diagnose automation faults and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and deliver automation and process improvement projects to increase efficiency, reliability, quality and safety across the manufacturing site.
- Projects & Compliance: Support new equipment installations, upgrades and commissioning while ensuring automation systems meet relevant engineering, safety and site standards.
To be considered for this role we are looking for:
- 5 years within Automation engineering and design experience for a manufacturer.
- Strong CAD experience.
- A background of systems improvement and the desire to work in a high growth environment.
- Engineering based formal education.
