We are seeking a motivated and skilled G2 Gas Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, and repair gas systems, appliances, and related equipment following safety standards and schematics.
- Conduct routine maintenance on boilers, HVAC units, and other mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize plumbing skills to connect or disconnect gas lines, ensuring secure and leak-free connections.
- Perform welding tasks as needed for repairs or system modifications, adhering to safety protocols.
- Read and interpret technical schematics and mechanical drawings to accurately diagnose issues and plan repairs.
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures in appliances or HVAC systems using diagnostic tools and mechanical expertise.
- Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports documenting work performed and parts used.
Qualifications
- Valid G2 gas license.
- Proven experience in plumbing, welding, boiler operation, or HVAC maintenance.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair and construction projects.
- Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings accurately.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to gas systems and mechanical work.
- Prior mechanic experience or background in maintenance roles preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues quickly and effectively.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
