### Role Overview
As a Controller*in Senior / Business Analyst*in, you will shape the future of controlling through modern Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Predictive Analytics, and AI solutions. You will act as a strategic sparring partner for business departments, develop self-service solutions, strengthen data literacy, and drive the adoption of modern BI and AI technologies.
### Responsibilities
* Advise business departments on budgets, ongoing expenses, and forecasts.
* Identify financially critical developments and challenges and support appropriate countermeasures.
* Analyze key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations.
* Support cost-benefit analyses and business cases from a commercial perspective.
* Conduct ad-hoc analyses to evaluate current business developments and investigate anomalies.
* Develop and continuously improve reports and dashboards for transparent performance tracking.
* Drive the automation of reports and dashboards.
* Develop user-friendly analysis tools, self-service solutions, dashboards, and data models.
* Apply AI technologies to improve data analysis and business processes.
* Document, maintain, and enhance analytical tools according to business needs.
* Support annual budgeting and related coordination and approval processes.
* Act as a central contact for colleagues in financial accounting.
* Monitor trends in data analytics, BI, Predictive Analytics, and AI and contribute to the development of controlling processes.
### Required Qualifications
* Completed university of applied sciences/university degree or comparable qualification.
* Several years of relevant professional experience in Controlling, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics.
* Experience designing and implementing complex analysis, reporting, and management solutions.
* Strong analytical, conceptual, and business management skills.
* Strong methodological and problem-solving capabilities.
* Independent, structured working style with willingness to take responsibility.
* Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with KPIs, dashboards, business cases, and modern analytics/BI tools.
* Proactive interest in developments and trends in Data Analytics, BI, and AI.
