Join a global, established organization within the critical infrastructure and engineered products market, we're looking for a senior commercial operations leader to take ownership of a business-critical transformation.
This isn't a role to simply maintain an existing function. You'll inherit a complex global commercial environment and be given the mandate to fix, simplify and lead it.
The Opportunity
You'll lead a global team across Sales Operations, Pricing and Customer Service, bringing structure, accuracy and accountability to the commercial organization.
The business needs someone comfortable getting into the detail, identifying where processes and data are breaking down, and then building a scalable operation that commercial leadership can rely on.
You'll own areas including:
- Global Sales Operations strategy and execution
- Commercial data, reporting and governance
- Forecasting, territories, quotas and performance management
- Sales commission and performance data integrity
- Pricing strategy, governance and approvals
- Global Customer Service operations
- Salesforce and sales performance management systems
- Dashboards, KPIs and commercial analytics
Who We're Looking For
- You'll bring 10+ years of experience across Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Pricing, Customer Service Operations, Finance or Commercial Analytics.
- Industry background is flexible. Experience within a complex industrial, manufacturing, engineered-product or project-driven organization would translate particularly well.
Base salary: $200K–$300K target range
