Location: Barueri, São Paulo, Brazil – Onsite
Work Arrangement: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Position Overview
We are looking for experienced Recruiters based locally in São Paulo/Barueri, Brazil, to support recruitment and talent acquisition activities for our client.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines and provide timely follow-ups.
- Work closely with hiring teams to understand recruitment requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing through offer/selection.
Required Skills
- Experience in IT/Technical Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening experience.
- Experience using LinkedIn and recruitment/job portals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English proficiency – must be comfortable communicating with U.S./international stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Must be locally based in São Paulo/Barueri and available for onsite work.
