About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our team in a telecommuting capacity, performing work from anywhere within the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing the business value derived from the contact data domain by leading the development and management of data products related to contact information. Your strategic vision will guide the creation and enhancement of data standards, policies, and automation processes, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and accessibility across various platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and platform administrators, to implement innovative solutions that support business objectives. Your expertise in data lifecycle management, combined with your leadership in data strategy initiatives, will be essential to driving continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role or related position

- Proven experience as a business and technical lead for end-to-end data product lifecycles

- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and advanced analytics

- Experience in defining project scope, gathering business requirements, and overseeing solution architecture

- Ability to communicate complex data insights to technical and non-technical audiences

- Experience with data enrichment, data management, and implementing data quality solutions in platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce.com

- Knowledge of AI/ML-driven automation techniques for data standardization and quality enhancement

- Proficiency in data visualization tools and conducting technical demonstrations

- Excellent collaboration skills with platform administrators, data engineers, and system analysts

Responsibilities

- Define the strategic roadmap and success metrics for contact data-related products

- Govern global contact data standards and policies, ensuring their suitability for downstream systems

- Implement AI/ML-driven automation to enhance data quality and standardization processes

- Consult with data consumers, analysts, and data scientists to facilitate effective data utilization

- Manage data acquisition, enrichment, and integration efforts across multiple functions and domains

- Maintain data accuracy and completeness through operational monitoring, validation, and reporting

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy data solutions and pipelines

- Conduct business and technical demonstrations to showcase data insights and strategic recommendations

- Lead initiatives to improve data quality and enrich core business platforms
