About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED is required. Preference will be given to candidates holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in backend development, including experience with client-server architectures, networking protocols, databases, and application development. Familiarity with cloud platforms, API design, and Agile or DevOps methodologies is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential. Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and services to support enterprise applications.
- Create and configure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions to meet client needs.
- Develop clean, well-documented, and easy-to-use Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), primarily RESTful APIs.
- Design and optimize server applications, firmware, and databases that are reusable, scalable, and aligned with architectural standards.
- Implement best practices in cloud and on-premises environments, ensuring continuous integration and delivery.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and performance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
