About The Role

This position is the inaugural hire within Bestow's Integrated Marketing team, designed as a versatile, generalist role. The successful candidate will be instrumental in understanding and optimizing how campaigns, events, and channels perform in real-time market conditions. Working closely with the Director of Integrated Marketing, you will translate data-driven insights into strategic initiatives, building and executing marketing programs that generate demand and drive revenue. Your responsibilities will include managing demand generation and paid media efforts, aligning marketing activities with sales objectives, and overseeing channel-to-revenue programs. You will be responsible for running day-to-day operations, including pipeline reviews, attribution reporting, and partner/vendor management. This role offers a unique opportunity for ownership and influence, allowing you to shape marketing strategies, build processes from scratch, and scale your efforts as the team grows. The position is remote within the United States, providing flexibility and the chance to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in demand generation, integrated campaigns, or revenue marketing roles within B2B, preferably SaaS or enterprise technology sectors

- Strong understanding of paid media, email/nurture marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and event marketing

- Experience in building and managing ABM programs, including account tiering and personalized campaigns

- Fluency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and marketing automation tools

- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly

- Comfortable owning the connection between marketing activities and revenue outcomes, including pipeline forecasting and attribution

- Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and automation to enhance campaign efficiency and personalization

- Excellent collaboration skills to work across marketing, sales, and external partners

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to develop processes and frameworks from scratch

- Experience in fintech, insurtech, or platform-based businesses is a plus

Responsibilities

- Plan and execute comprehensive demand generation campaigns across paid digital, email, nurture, and organic channels, focusing on lead and pipeline growth

- Manage paid media budgets and targeting strategies to maximize efficiency and pipeline contribution

- Contribute to SEO and AEO initiatives to enhance discoverability at every stage of the buyer journey

- Lead pipeline review sessions with Sales, providing marketing-sourced contribution metrics for forecasting

- Conduct win-loss analysis and incorporate insights into messaging and targeting strategies

- Maintain and optimize Salesforce campaign structures to ensure accurate attribution and reporting

- Own channel-to-pipeline attribution and ROI analysis, using insights to inform prioritization and resource allocation

- Manage relationships with partners and vendors, overseeing campaign spend and performance across channels, events, and ABM initiatives

- Develop target account methodologies and tiering strategies in collaboration with Sales, executing personalized campaigns for key accounts

- Track account engagement metrics and correlate them with pipeline movement and deal velocity

- Implement and activate product marketing positioning within campaigns, incorporating market signals into sales enablement tools

- Maintain and test the martech stack, leveraging AI tools to accelerate execution, improve targeting, and scale personalization

- Partner with creative, product marketing, communications, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment

- Coordinate event planning, execution, lead capture, scoring, and follow-up, ensuring integration with broader demand strategies

- Report on event ROI and pipeline contribution, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals
