# Senior Backend Developer (PHP)

As a **Senior Backend Developer**, you will quickly learn BLENT's application and architecture and take ownership of critical parts of the platform. Your primary focus will be backend development, including **APIs, services, and data pipelines** that ingest, consolidate, and serve millions of data points from client systems every day. You will report directly to the CTO and work as part of a multicultural, Agile technology team.
## Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand BLENT's application and technical architecture.
- Implement new features and continuously develop existing systems.
- Develop and maintain backend **APIs and services**.
- Build and maintain data pipelines that ingest, consolidate, and serve large volumes of data.
- Work with millions of data points generated by client systems.
- Take ownership of critical parts of the platform.
- Work with PHP and the **Laravel** framework.

## Required Qualifications
