We’re looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Operations Coordinator with experience in ocean freight and logistics operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–4 years of experience in logistics, ocean freight, operations, or coordination
- Experience with ocean import/export and freight forwarding
- Knowledge of shipments, orders, inventory, and shipping documentation
- Strong Excel skills — lookups, pivots, and reporting
- Experience coordinating with vendors, customers, carriers, and internal teams
- Strong communication, follow-up, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Nice to Have:
ERP/WMS, QuickBooks, KPI reporting, and experience with FCL/LCL, BOL, bookings, and international shipments.
