Role Title: Payment Product Business Analyst

Role Description:
- Seeking an experienced **Payment Product BA** to drive the analysis, design, and delivery of payment solutions within an Agile/SAFe environment.
- The role will bridge business and technology teams, ensuring payment products meet business, customer, and regulatory requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
- Translate requirements into Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders, and delivery teams to define and deliver payment capabilities.
- Support end-to-end payment processes including payment workflows, settlement, reconciliation, and exception handling.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, UAT, release planning, and solution demonstrations.
- Ensure compliance with payment regulations, risk, and governance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and product enhancements.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Technical BA within Payments or Banking.
- Strong knowledge of payment platforms and payment lifecycles.
- Experience with Faster Payments, CHAPS, SWIFT, SEPA, ISO 20022, Open Banking, or similar payment schemes.
- Strong requirements gathering, process modelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum/SAFe environments.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
