Position: Project Manager II - Project Delivery Lead – Data & Analytics

Location: Wrocław, Poland

Hybrid role: hybrid, 1 remote, 4 days on site

Type of contract: 12 months fixed term contract with a possibility of extension

Pay rate: temporary contract of employment 145.50 - 156.54 PLN/h

Our client: international financial services company, specializing in investment services and investment management.

Role Summary

The Project Delivery Lead within Data & Analytics is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of a complex Eagle Accounting change program supporting the onboarding of a major client. The role will coordinate delivery across Accounting Product and Engineering teams, with scope spanning Germany GAAP, German IFRS, UK Fund Accounting, and Luxembourg Fund Accounting.

This role is focused on creating structure, transparency, and execution discipline across a large and evolving set of requirements coming from multiple stakeholders and source streams. The Project Delivery Lead will ensure delivery plans, dependencies, governance, and communication mechanisms are in place so that stakeholders have clear visibility into scope, progress, risks, issues, and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a complex Eagle Accounting program supporting major client onboarding.

• Establish and manage the overall delivery structure across product, engineering, testing, data, and implementation workstreams.

• Coordinate requirements intake across multiple sources, ensuring scope is organized, traceable, prioritized, and clearly communicated.

• Create and maintain integrated delivery plans covering Germany GAAP, German IFRS, UK Fund Accounting, and Luxembourg Fund Accounting.

• Drive strong governance routines including delivery status reporting, RAID management, dependency tracking, decision logs, and milestone reviews.

• Provide transparency to stakeholders through clear reporting on progress, key decisions, risks, blockers, and timeline impacts.

• Partner closely with Accounting Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to align on requirements, sequencing, and release readiness.

• Ensure requirements are translated into structured deliverables and work packages for the Accounting Product & Engineering teams.

• Manage interdependencies across workstreams, systems, teams, and external stakeholders to reduce delivery risk.

• Facilitate program ceremonies, steering updates, working groups, and stakeholder reviews.

• Track critical path items and proactively escalate issues that could impact client onboarding timelines or delivery quality.

• Drive accountability for delivery commitments while enabling collaborative problem solving across teams.

• Promote disciplined change control to ensure impacts to scope, design, and timelines are transparent and managed effectively.

• Ensure all project artifacts, plans, and communications are maintained to a high standard for auditability and operational readiness.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong project or program delivery leadership experience in financial services, asset servicing, or investment operations.

• Experience delivering change initiatives involving accounting platforms, preferably Eagle Accounting.

• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs with high stakeholder visibility.

• Demonstrated ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or fast-evolving delivery environments.

• Experience coordinating large volumes of requirements from multiple business and technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work effectively across Product, Engineering, Operations, Testing, and client-facing teams.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including senior stakeholder engagement.

• Proven ability to manage dependencies, competing priorities, and tight delivery timelines.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Germany GAAP, German IFRS, UK Fund Accounting, and Luxembourg Fund Accounting.

• Experience supporting product engineering lifecycle

• Familiarity with regulatory, accounting, and reporting considerations across European markets.

• Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery models in enterprise environments.
