📢 Join Fresenius Kabi as an MDG First Line Support Specialist!
Are you passionate about problem-solving, supporting business users, and ensuring high-quality master data processes? We're looking for an MDG First Line Support Specialist to join our global team and become the first point of contact for Master Data Governance-related support.
📍 Remote role within Poland | Occasional visits to our Wrocław office (approximately once or twice every two months)
What you'll do:
✔ Act as the first point of contact for MDG-related incidents, service requests, and user inquiries
✔ Assess, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve standard master data and system-related issues
✔ Support business users globally, providing guidance on MDG processes and system functionalities
✔ Manage and maintain ticket documentation while ensuring SLA compliance
✔ Perform root cause analysis and identify recurring issues and trends
✔ Execute predefined support procedures, data validations, and quality checks
✔ Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Business Process Owners, and technical teams
✔ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, knowledge base development, and MDG enhancements
What we're looking for:
✅ Experience in a Service Desk, Application Support, Master Data, Business Operations, or similar support environment
✅ Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) and/or Master Data Governance (MDG) concepts
✅ Experience working with ticketing and incident management tools
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
✅ Ability to perform structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis
✅ Strong attention to detail and data quality awareness
✅ Very good English skills
✅ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
⭐ Experience with SAP MDG, SAP ERP, or other enterprise systems will be considered a strong advantage.
