Our Shared Service Center in Wrocław has existed since 2014 and brings together over 400 finance professionals supporting multiple European markets. We continue to grow and expand our scope of operations.
This is how your responsibilities would look like: 💻
- Acting as the IFRS subject matter expert and supporting finance teams across the organization.
- Monitoring IFRS changes and coordinating their implementation together with Corporate Accounting.
- Preparing and reviewing IFRS financial statements and Legal Reporting Packages.
- Ensuring accurate and timely IFRS reporting for entities within scope.
- Driving process improvements and continuous enhancement initiatives within accounting.
- Cooperating with auditors, local management and international stakeholders on IFRS-related topics.
- Delivering IFRS trainings and sharing expertise across the organization.
- Supporting IFRS-related projects and ensuring successful execution.
We also need to have some requirements, so here they are: 📚
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Economics, Finance, Accounting, Auditing or a related field.
- CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a Big4 audit firm or in the Accounting department of a multinational company.
- Strong hands-on experience with IFRS standards and financial reporting.
- Very good understanding of ERP accounting processes.
- Advanced SAP FI knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
- Business fluent English; additional languages (e.g. Italian) are an advantage.
