📢 Join Fresenius Kabi as a General Ledger Accountant (Polish Entities)
Do you have experience in accounting and want to develop your expertise in statutory accounting for Polish legal entities? Join our finance team and play a key role in ensuring compliance, accuracy and high-quality financial reporting for our operations in Poland.
What you'll do:
✔ Manage end-to-end accounting processes for Polish entities
✔ Perform General Ledger account reconciliations and balance sheet reviews
✔ Prepare and post journal entries, including complex accounting transactions
✔ Support monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities
✔ Prepare, analyze and deliver statutory financial statements and accounting reports
✔ Ensure compliance with Polish accounting regulations and internal policies
✔ Actively cooperate with internal and external auditors
✔ Maintain and strengthen internal controls across accounting processes
✔ Support continuous improvement initiatives within finance and accounting
What we're looking for:
✅ At least 1 year of experience in accounting, General Ledger or statutory accounting
✅ Good understanding of General Ledger processes and end-to-end accounting activities
✅ Knowledge of Polish accounting principles and statutory reporting requirements
✅ Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes
✅ Good command of English
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
✅ Proactive, collaborative and team-oriented mindset
✅ Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
⭐ SAP experience will be an advantage
⭐ Additional European language skills are welcome
