Take ownership of requirements and delivery activities across the full product lifecycle, from concept and analysis through to testing, launch and post-implementation enhancements.

The Role
You will act as the critical link between business and technology teams, ensuring successful delivery of Life Insurance product initiatives. This includes:
- Leading requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder engagement
- Translating business needs into functional specifications, BRDs, FRDs and user stories
- Defining product rules, business processes and acceptance criteria
- Supporting solution design alongside technology teams
- Driving UAT readiness, test scenario creation and defect management
- Managing dependencies across underwriting, policy administration, distribution, finance and reporting systems
- Ensuring successful and compliant implementation of product changes and launches
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience within technology delivery environments
- Strong Life Insurance domain expertise with proven experience supporting product development and product launches
- Excellent knowledge of policy lifecycle events, underwriting, claims, benefits, premiums and product structures
- Experience working within Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to influence both business and technical audiences effectively

- Policy Administration Systems (PAS) experience
- Digital insurance distribution platforms
- API and integration-heavy environments
- IFRS17 exposure
- Singapore Life Insurance market experience
