Traveling Superintendent – Commercial, Retail & Restaurant Construction
Location: Houston, TX
Compensation: $95k – $130k Base + Bonus & Benefits
A top General Contractor delivering high-profile commercial/retail/restaurants ground-up projects is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to join their Houston team.
This firm has built a reputation as one of the most respected builders in the country and continues to secure some of the most notable projects in the market.
They are looking for a Superintendent with strong ground-up experience in commercial, retail or restaurant construction who can lead projects from site development through completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of commercial projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance and clear communication.
- Conduct site inspections and proactively address potential issues.
- Ensure project stays on track with detailed progress reports and schedule adjustments.
- Enforce safety protocols and resolve on-site challenges.
Requirements:
- 5+ years as a Construction Superintendent with General Contractor experience.
- Proven track record with commercial, retail or restaurant ground up projects valued from $5M - $15M and above.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- OSHA certification and proficiency in project management software.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $95K–$130K + Annual bonus & Project Completion Bonus
