Superintendent – Luxury Custom Homes & Private Clubhouses

We have partnered with a highly regarded construction firm delivering luxury custom homes and high-end private clubhouses projects throughout Palm Beach County.
They have built a strong reputation for quality, craftsmanship and highly detailed construction, working on some of the most demanding residential and hospitality-style projects in the South Florida market.
They are looking for a Superintendent who can step in and independently lead complex projects, but they are equally interested in talented individuals earlier in their careers who have the right attitude, construction knowledge.
You’ll have the opportunity to work across one-of-a-kind custom residences as well as luxury private clubhouses.
This role would suit someone who understands high-quality construction, enjoys being in the field and can effectively coordinate subcontractors, schedules, quality and day-to-day site operations. The level of responsibility will be tailored to the experience of the successful candidate.
Requirements
- Experience within custom home building, high-end residential construction, luxury hospitality, private clubs or another relevant high-quality construction environment
- Superintendent experience is preferred, although candidates early into their first Superintendent position will also be considered
- Experienced Superintendents with a strong track record of delivering complex, high-end projects are strongly encouraged to apply
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and day-to-day field operations
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, deliveries and quality control
- Strong appreciation for craftsmanship, detail and the standards expected within luxury construction
- Ability to maintain high standards across quality, site organization, cleanliness and safety
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with subcontractors, colleagues and clients
- Organized, dependable and comfortable taking ownership of site responsibilities
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to identify potential issues and help resolve them before they impact the project
- Most importantly, a strong work ethic, positive attitude and genuine desire to develop and build a long-term career
