Traveling Superintendent – Restaurant & QSR Construction

A leading commercial general contractor is looking to add an experienced Traveling Superintendent to their team.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience delivering ground-up restaurant and QSR projects and be comfortable traveling across Texas and nationwide as required.
The Role:
- Manage day-to-day site operations from mobilization through completion
- Lead subcontractors, trades and site teams
- Maintain project schedules, safety and quality standards
- Coordinate inspections, deliveries and site logistics
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction
- Strong ground-up restaurant and/or QSR experience
- Must have experience taking projects from sitework through completion
- Willingness to travel
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, safety and scheduling
