About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Engineer Technical Lead (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team. In this in-house consultancy role, you will serve as a critical link between business analysts and development teams, translating complex business requirements into effective technical solutions. Your expertise will ensure the seamless integration and optimal performance of our Salesforce environment across various clouds. You will take ownership of the technical architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with best practices and business goals. Qualifications
- Several years of experience in Salesforce projects, with proven expertise in a technical leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in Apex programming and a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce development frameworks.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Field Service.
- Expertise in solution architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns including REST, SOAP, and Platform Events.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security concepts, governor limits, and scalability best practices.
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Methodical approach to problem-solving and a proactive attitude towards continuous learning and improvement.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical interface between business analysts and development teams, ensuring mutual understanding of requirements and solutions.
- Design, develop, and oversee the architecture of Salesforce solutions from conception to deployment.
- Create and review solution designs, technical specifications, and architecture documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables within the Apex development environment.
- Provide guidance on technical trade-offs, balancing build vs. configure options and custom vs. standard solutions.
- Implement and promote best practices in Salesforce development, focusing on security, governor limits, and system performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the technical feasibility of requirements and propose optimal solutions.
- Manage release cycles and coordinate technical activities across multiple Salesforce clouds to ensure smooth deployments.
